evil and good deeds recording media

I was wondering how GOD manages to record all evil and good deeds for each human starting from the first human race in the beginning of creation.

Hardisks, papers, flah disks, papers (poor trees), or he just create storage for each human and stick it with his mind and assign it to an angel that keep recordings for his sins and good actions every minute in his life, hell of a donkey work.

this is the story of a poor guy that his deeds database got lost in his judgment day

God: next one

Angel: here you go ... whats your name
human: I'm raed

Angle: wait a minute let me query your records ... typing ... use raed.database "Select Sum(evil), Sum(good) from Deeds where DNA signature = 'raeddhfdsldfssfdsfs')"

deeds server: processing .... its dead, hell of queries are running at the same time.

Angle: we got a problem, your records are not exists , it seems they are deleted by mistake ..... let me talk to GOD

Angel to God: it seems someone delete Raeds records

GOD: what about backups?

angle: we thought you design it perfectly , we didnt think that will happen someday

God: ok let him in

God to Human: you dont have records, and you are athiest, then I think you know where you are going to go

human: Hell

God: yes , you will spend million years there

The Māori people believe that Tāne Mahuta, God of the forest, created the first woman out of clay and breathed life into her.

does not seems that creating man from clay an inherited myth. Someone may say that a proof that GOD created man from clay because it is consistents but this conflicts what people beleive , because they don't believe in anitent gods so if you believe the story then you have to believe the author which means if this is a proof then religous people shall admit that old gods are the same as new gods and this raise another question of GOD being showed himself in multiple formats for different people and sometimes multiple instances like in Babylonian era where there were many gods.
